Adapted Technology is specialized in high accuracy five axis milling.
In 10 years working with multinational automotive companies we have developed key competencies, using and applying high quality and efficiency standards. The acquired experiences are the pillars of Adapted Technology Bt.
From prototypes to small series we are ready to answer your need with the most adapted technology, including the design and manufacture assembly fixtures and mechanical assemblies.
Created in 2016, we are located in Csókakő, one hour from Budapest, Hungary.

Quality
We have in place a quality system which meets ISO/TS requirements most of the time. Based on the system 2.0 ATQP, operators are guided through the controls to perform (frequency and criterias) and all actions are recorded (controls, tool change, set-up, scrap...).
ATQP also provides traceability down to part if necessary.
On top of that ATQP allows us to track in live Cp, Cpk and 2 SPC cards for a very constant quality.
